• Walls - 16" centres, double plated for added strength, interior 2" x 3" construction.
• Outside Walls - 1/4" underlay, added strength, resists bugs and rodents, siding choices - cedar or pine log or cedar strip, board and baton, tongue and grove or aspenite.
• Roof - 2 x 3 trusses, 24" centres, 20 yr asphalt shingles, (16 colours to choose from).
• Includes two front windows (lattice and flower boxes no charge).
• Includes solid front door.
• Unlimited options available, speak to one of our representatives.
• Building to be set on 16" patio stones set in key bearing points.
• 107 sq. ft. without a permit, customer's responsibility to provide proper permits.
• 10% Deposit required.
• Two - three week to installation
