We here at the Woodmill of Muskoka believe your recycled plastic should last a very long time.
Almost all furniture we sell has a 25-year limited warranty.
Woodmill of Muskoka Recycled Plastic Furniture
Warranty For products that are sold by The Woodmill of Muskoka but of another manufacturer, please refer to their specific product warranty.
Limited 25-year residential and 5-year commercial warranty for high-density polyethylene (HDPE) frames against material defects and workmanship.
STAINLESS STEEL HARDWARE: 25 years for residential use and up to 5 years for commercial use.
SWIVEL COMPONENT & GLIDING MECHANISM: 5 Years of normal use from the date of the original invoice. The Woodmill of Muskoka HDPE products shall be free from material defects and shall not splinter, crack or sustain structural damage.
General Warranty Conditions: The Woodmill of Muskoka shall not be liable for any failure, defect or damage resulting from or connected with the following:
- The Woodmill of Muskoka HDPE products are made with automotive grade UV stabilizers to minimize fading; however, upon exposure to the sun all colors may fade to some degree over time.
- Color or pattern variance between any new replacement section or pieces and other sections or pieces. (We reserve the right to discontinue or modify any product line or color without notifying the original purchaser. If the original piece is not available, we retain the right to choose to provide replacement material of equal value or quality).
- Damage caused by acts of God, accident, neglect, or abuse. Some expansion and contraction is to be expected due to extreme changes in humidity and temperature.

Our limited warranty covers the original owner and is non-transferable.
The original purchaser is responsible for providing proof of purchase, pictures of the defect and a written description. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of the defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component, or authorized repairs by a third party. Any warranty claims must be submitted in writing to the Woodmill of Muskoka. Once the documentation has been received and evaluated, the customer will be notified of the solution. If the product is not returned within 30 days of date of purchase, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply. The Woodmill of Muskoka reserves the right to accept or decline claims as they deem warranted.

Sunbrella
Sunbrella warranties to the original purchaser a five-year limited warranty for upholstery and specialty fabrics from date of purchase. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on our cushions, headrests, lumbar and throw pillows by regular use. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly, improper cleaning, and acts of God.

KRAHN, the manufacturer of this product, warrants the covered product to be free of all defects in material and workmanship for 10 years residential use, or 5 years commercial use from
the date of purchase. This warrant extends to the original buyer only. Within the period of this warranty, KRAHN will repair or replace, free of charge, any part providing defective in
material or workmanship.
Provisions
All warranty and service must be performed by KRAHN.
Warranty only valid along with original proof of purchase.
All expenses related to replacing or repairing a defective part under this warranty shall be assumed by KRAHN except for the following expenses, which shall be assumed by
the buyer.
Exclusions
This warranty does not apply to any costs, repair, or services for the following:
Service calls to correct the installation of product, or explain usage or instruction of the product to the buyer.
Repairs necessitated by use other than normal use.
Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, alterations, or improper installation.
Repairs necessitated by repairs made by anyone other than a KRAHN employee.
Polyethylene is a synthetic product and may fade or scratch slightly with prolonged exposure to sun or other earthly elements. Due to the nature of polyethylene and its
properties, some expanding or contracting is normal, and is to be expected in extreme or harsh weather conditions and will not be considered defects in the material or
workmanship and will not be covered under this warranty.
